Behavior Consultant

​Multiplicity is recruiting for Behavior Consultants to work with Developmentally Disabled children and adults with behavioral challenges in Marin, Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, and Humboldt Counties.

Job duties include: 

• Creating and implementing programs based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)
• Collecting accurate and timely data 
  
• Working in a 1:1 capacity as well as in a team setting
  
• Working with a professional demeanor with families, clients and team members​
  

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field
  
• Experience working individuals of various ages with special needs in a variety of settings 
  
• Access to reliable transportation 
  

Multiplicity provides:

• $4500-$5200/moth DOE and schedule
• Ongoing on-the-job training from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's)

Behavior Aide

• Experience working with individuals with Autism or other Developmental Disabilities and/or behavioral issues
• Ability to work in client homes and community settings is required
• Ability to transport clients in personal vehicle is a plus (federal rate/mile reimbursement)
• Second language (Spanish or ASL) a plus!
• $18-$23/hour DOE
